Who we are

ennoCash is provided by ennovio Ltd, contact support@ennocash.com. It is software for money transfer offices and the companies that work with them. Each office runs its own business on ennoCash; ennoCash does not send, hold or pay out money itself.

What we collect

Account details you give us: your name, email address, and for companies a phone number. Business records that offices and companies enter: transfers, recipients, amounts, cash registers, exchanges and statements. Photos of customer identity documents that an office takes for a transfer. Technical records needed to run the service securely: sign-in sessions, request identifiers and error codes. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to sign you in, to show each office and company its own records, to keep a tamper-evident history of financial actions, to keep the service secure, and to contact you about your account and license.

Who can see it

Each office’s records are visible only to that office’s authorised staff. A partner office sees only what a shared transfer needs. A company sees only its own balances and statements. Customer ID photos are encrypted before they are stored and can be opened only by authorised staff of the office that took them; every opening is recorded. ennoCash staff do not browse office data; support access needs the office owner’s approval each time and is limited, read-only and recorded.

Service providers

Our servers are located in the European Union and operated in line with the GDPR. Our service providers process data only to run the service for us.

App permissions

The camera and photo library are used only to capture or attach a customer’s ID for a transfer. Face ID is used only to unlock the app when you turn on the app lock, and stays on your device. Notifications tell you about your work, such as a transfer waiting for you. The app does not use your location or microphone. You can turn each permission off in your device settings.

How long we keep it

Financial records are kept for as long as the office needs them for its records and legal obligations; they are never edited or deleted, only corrected by new linked entries. Customer ID photos are deleted after the retention period the office sets.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your account details. Records an office must keep for its business and legal obligations are kept by that office. Contact the office you work with, or us.
