Who we are
ennoCash is provided by ennovio Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using ennoCash you agree to these terms.
What ennoCash is
ennoCash is software that helps money transfer offices and the companies that work with them record and manage their work. We do not send, receive, hold or pay out money, and we are not a party to any transfer between offices, companies or their customers.
Your account
Office owners create the office account and decide which staff have access and what each person can do. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for actions taken under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
Office responsibilities
Each office is responsible for its own business: holding the licences it needs, complying with the laws that apply to it, including anti-money-laundering and customer identification rules, and the accuracy of the records it enters. ennoCash provides tools for this work but does not check or approve transactions.
Trial and license
New offices can use ennoCash free for 7 days. After the trial, continued use requires a license. License terms and fees are agreed with each office.
Acceptable use
Do not use ennoCash for unlawful activity, to process funds you know or suspect come from crime, to access data you are not authorised to see, or to interfere with the service or its security.
Data
Our privacy policy explains what data we process and how. Each office decides what it records about its customers and is responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. We process that data on the office’s behalf to provide the service.
Financial records
Financial records in ennoCash are never edited or deleted; corrections are made with new linked entries. This protects the integrity of every office’s books.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ennoCash available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update, change or improve features over time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses resulting from transactions an office or company carries out. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using ennoCash and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, and will tell you why where we are allowed to.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where ennovio Ltd is registered, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
